We improved the supply planning of 41,000 SKUs purchased from +200 vendors worldwide. The planning cycle decreased from 5 to 1 day. Furthermore, high-complexity inventory consolidation is now produced in-house, rather than by a paid external supplier.
We improved the daily follow-up process of several hundred wagons that carried raw materials between 10 cities in Mexico and the USA. Process time went down from 25 to 5 hours/week. Additionally, the staff's headcount was optimized.
